Investors Wanting To Support Vulnerable Women. We believe every woman with the courage and commitment to change her life should be able to access a safe and supportive place to call home. We work with charities in Norwich and Norfolk to  

lease your property so that they can create a safe and nurturing environment while also providing security for your investment. These leases will provide fixed returns and be maintenance-free, void-free, and hassle-free, giving you back more time while supporting a worthy cause. We only have a limited number of investors we can work with each year for this option, so please register your interest fast to avoid missing out. 

Charity Donations. For all projects that are not suitable homes for our affiliated charities but still meet your investment goals, we will donate 10% of our fee to charities supporting vulnerable women in the local area.
